Photos and Video Submission"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3 id=\"t-1666008558506\">Baseline Photos<\/h3>\n<h6 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>DO THIS BEFORE STARTING ANY EXERCISES<\/strong><\/h6>\n<p>Baseline photos provide you with loads of information about your dog&#8217;s body. &nbsp;They are moments in time and reflect how your dog &#8220;feels&#8221; in his body when performing basic positions of sit, down and stand.<\/p>\n<p>It is a clever idea to take baseline photos regularly e.g., every 3 &#8211; 6 months.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"t-1666008558504\"><strong>Photos Required to confirm your dog&#8217;s baseline positions<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Take these photos in the beginning, prior to starting the Foundational Strength Program.<\/p>\n<p>Try and take at least three (or more) photos of each position. &nbsp;After each photo, ask the dog to perform the position again \u2013 we are looking for a regular, natural position that is performed most of the time and is normal for the dog.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sit<\/li>\n<li>Down&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Stand<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>All positions are to include a photo of the front, rear, and both sides (left and right) of the dog, i.e. 4 photos per position.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"t-1666008558505\">Camera position for video and photos:<\/h3>\n<p>Centred on the dog, both vertically and horizontally. &nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>See the pictures
