This course is about laying a solid foundation<\/strong> on which to build your dogs’ body in preparation for his sport.<\/p>\n

We examine exercises that target most of the body and serve as the foundation for both strength and stability training.<\/p>\n

Some of the exercises mentioned may be incorporated into your warm-up routine before training or a trial, and you can also modify some of them for your cool-down routine.<\/p>\n

You will discover the muscles being used for each exercise, why we are working these muscles, how they will benefit your sport, and why the technique is so important when performing a conditioning exercise.<\/p>\n

We will be using layman’s terms for ease of understanding.  As very few dog handlers that I know are actual veterinarians, I need to help you understand why you are performing a particular exercise in a particular way, so we are going to use plain, easy-to-speak language here. \ud83d\ude0a<\/p>\n

Remember, there are NO silly questions!  <\/p>\n
