We will be looking at the importance of correct movement for muscle activation, strength and body awareness.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Every movement in this course serves a specific and important purpose<\/strong>, each of which will be explained and demonstrated for you.<\/p>\n<p>Your improved understanding is going to have huge benefits for your dog&#8217;s performance. Each exercise forms part of the essential foundation on which you will be able to build your dog&#8217;s progressive conditioning program.<\/p>\n<p>You will learn how a Sit is never &#8220;Just-a-Sit&#8221;. Every movement has an awesome purpose for your dog and, correctly executed, makes it even more powerful!<\/p>\n<p>Included are video examples of exercises showing correctness, points to watch for and even mistakes in execution along with reference PDFs for you to print out.<\/p>\n<p>Please don&#8217;t simply assume your dog can do all these exercises <strong><em>correctly<\/em><\/strong> without trying them first. &nbsp;Thereafter, please watch your dog with an analytical eye &#8211; <span style=\"color: rgb(220, 55, 127);\">this is best done if you video your sessions!<\/span> &nbsp;This way you can see what you are doing too &#8211; very important!<\/p>\n<p><strong>The exercises are muscle intensive and require much effort from your dog when done correctly<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Most important though &#8211; enjoy yourself, have fun and enjoy your dog!
