Assessment to Action Sprint

Clarity first. Fast Track Foundations next.

Protect the career.

Submit photos and a short heelwork clip. Get a technical breakdown and two foundation exercises with personalised video feedback - call-free.

Why work with us

If you train IGP/PSA/ring sport, you already know this: your dog can look “fine” and still be compensating.

Spots are limited because you’re receiving personalised feedback directly from me.

And with dogs that will work through anything, you don’t always get early warning signs. They keep showing up, keep performing, and keep pushing… right up until something finally forces a stop. The problem isn’t that you’re not paying attention — it’s that you don’t want to guess.

That’s why I created the Assessment to Action Sprint — a 3-week, call-free sprint where you submit position photos plus a short heelwork clip, and I break down exactly what I’m seeing: compensations, likely imbalance patterns, and red-flag areas that can quietly tax performance and resilience.

Then we start immediately with two foundation exercises (simple, not easy) — with personalised video feedback inside my private community, so you can get it right from the beginning and build foundations that protect the career.

What We'll Do Together

  • Identify the key areas your current sport training may be stressing — even when your dog looks “okay.”
  • Spot compensation patterns and red-flag areas that can silently chip away at performance and resilience.
  • Get clarity on what you’re seeing and why it matters (so you’re not drowning in information or second-guessing yourself).
  • Install two foundational, full-body exercises that expose weaknesses, tight areas, and imbalances when performed correctly.
  • Learn the “small nuances” that make these exercises dramatically more effective — and how to avoid the easy version that looks right but misses the point.
  • Refine your mechanics as the handler, so you can work your dog more effectively and get maximum return from every rep.
  • Build a strength-training foundation that supports longevity — the kind that helps protect your dog’s sporting career

You’ll submit via my private community platform, and you’ll receive personalised feedback from me in written notes and video.

How It Works

This isn’t a course, a workshop, or a “here’s some info—good luck” program.

It’s a small-group sprint where you get personalised feedback from me — delivered call-free inside my private community platform.

You’ll post your photos/videos in the platform, and you’ll find my feedback there too (written notes + video feedback). We can also communicate via text or voice notes (up to 4 minutes).

A bonus: because all Sprint members are together, you’ll also learn by seeing other teams’ submissions and my feedback — the principles stay the same, even when the pattern shows up differently.

Submissions and Support Rhythm

  • Submit 1 video per day, with a maximum of 3 videos per week
  • Videos must be 2 minutes or less
  • Feedback is provided Monday–Thursday only, within 48 hours

Week-by-Week Flow

Week 1 - Baseline and Assessment

You submit your sit / stand / down photos + a short heelwork clip, and I break down what I’m seeing: compensations, likely imbalance patterns, and red-flag areas.
➡ You’ll also get the checklists + guides so your submissions are consistent and easy to replicate.

Week 2-3 Start Foundations (with Precision)

You start the two main foundation exercises and submit your work for feedback. These “simple but not easy” foundations often confirm what we saw in the photos — or reveal even more once the dog is asked to organise their body under load.
➡ We’ll also refine your mechanics as the handler so your dog gets maximum benefit from every rep.

What This is Not

  • No live calls
  • No veterinary diagnosis
  • No rehab guidance for any acute injury
  • Dogs must be healthy and cleared by your vet for low-impact strength work

Equipment needed: minimal — two non-slip boards your dog can stand or sit on (e.g. Cato Board or wooden boards covered with non-slip rubber)

Why Now

In protection sport, it’s easy to keep stacking intensity — more drive, more bite work, more impact, more volume — and assume the body will “just handle it.”

But compensation patterns don’t usually announce themselves. They show up as subtle shifts, small losses of control, little changes in how the dog organises their body… until the load gets high enough that something finally flares.

The Assessment to Action Sprint is designed to give you extra clarity early — so you can stop guessing, address what’s actually happening, and build foundations that support performance and longevity.

It’s also the cleanest way to experience my approach before committing to the full program. My work is technical and detail-driven (by design), and this sprint lets you see exactly how I assess, what I prioritise, and what “doing it properly” actually looks like.

And because you’re getting personalised feedback from me inside a small-group sprint, spots are limited.

How It Works

Limited spots (because I’m giving personalised feedback alongside supporting my main program members)

Fast clarity on what your dog is showing before you add more intensity and volume

A chance to experience my technical approach before committing to the full program.

A clear, structured way to start building foundations that protect the career

Investment

Pay in full only

Because spots are limited, pricing increases as the sprint fills:

  • $297 Limited to 4 spots, thereafter the price increases

Pay-in-full only. No refunds due to the short duration and immediate access to resources.

Is this for you?

Who It's For

  • You train and trial in IGP, PSA, or ring sports (or similar protection sport work).
  • You want clear assessment + a plan, not vague opinions or generic advice.
  • Your dog is the type who will push through discomfort, and you don’t want to wait for obvious signs before you act.
  • You care about precision and are willing to slow down enough to do the “simple but not easy” work properly.
  • You can submit consistently: photos + short videos (and apply feedback between submissions).
  • Your dog is a healthy adult, or has had a previous injury but is cleared by your vet for low-impact strength work.
  • You want foundations that support performance — and help protect your dog’s sporting career.

This is not for you if...

  • You’re looking for live calls or real-time sessions (this sprint is 100% call-free).
  • You want a diagnosis, medical advice, or help managing an acute injury.
  • Your dog isn’t cleared for low-impact strength work, or you’re not willing to get vet clearance first.
  • You’re not able to submit consistently (or you prefer to “wing it” without video/photo feedback).
  • You want a big library of exercises right away — this is a focused sprint built around two key foundations - done properly.
